All proposals, pricing, timelines, and estimates are valid only for the period stated within the proposal unless otherwise specified.
Summit Theory Digital reserves the right to modify pricing or project scope prior to acceptance.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined within each proposal or agreement.
Projects requiring a deposit will not begin until the required payment has been received.
Late payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or additional fees where permitted by law.
Recurring website care plans are billed according to the client's selected subscription.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide requested content, images, branding assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
Project timelines may be extended if required information or approvals are delayed.
Intellectual Property
Clients
retain ownership of content they provide, including logos, images, and written materials.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Summit Theory Digital retains ownership of its proprietary processes, designs,
templates, code, documentation, and other intellectual property.
Website licensing, ownership, and transfer terms are governed by the signed Website Licensing & Services Agreement.
Our services may integrate with third-party providers including

Summit Theory Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver high-quality digital services, Summit Theory Digital cannot guarantee specific business results,
search engine rankings, lead generation, or revenue increases.
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Theory Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
